Vintage sterling silver, marked and tested, letter opener and book marker with medal by Sculptor João da Silva. Medal depicting on one side Our Lady of Fatima with Crown and Rosary and inscriptions in Portuguese meaning ""Our Lady of The Rosary of Fatima" and "Crowned on the 13th May 1946". On the other side Apparition of Our Lady of Fatima to the Blessed Shepherds, Coats of Arms of Portuguese towns Leiria and Ourém and decoration of pearls all around and also inscription meaning "Our Lady of Fatima".
